10. Treasured Poppets cannot take any responsibility for any damage to goods during delivery, or for any delays or losses in postage that are beyond our control.

14. We will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery fees) of any product found to be faulty when you receive it, however please note that all items are inspected prior to dispatch to check their quality.

15. Any requests for refunds must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
