
1. Payment for all goods and applicable delivery fees must be made in full, and all necessary information to complete your order must be received by Treasured Poppets before we process your order.
2. Orders will be processed on business days. Any order received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
3. All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
4. All orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
5. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will notify you by email.
6. Treasured Poppets cannot take any responsibility for any damage to goods during delivery, or for any delays or losses in postage that are beyond our control.
7. Treasured Poppets has local pick up available as a ‘shipping’ option. Treasured Poppets is located at Cashmere (near Strathpine), North Brisbane. If you wish to pick up your order please select local pick up at checkout and email info@treasuredpoppets.com.au so we can arrange a suitable time and day for pick up.
8. Treasured Poppets are more than happy to ship purchases internationally. However, please contact us via email info@treasuredpoppets.com.au prior to placing your order to receive a quote for shipping as there may be an additional shipping fee.
